Halifax County has declared a state of emergency due to ongoing water issues.
The water consumers of the entire Halifax County Water System are experiencing periods of low pressure and outages in the distribution system due to a water main break.
PUBLIC NOTICE
Halifax County Board of Commissioners Chairman Vernon Bryant today signed a declaration which lifts the state emergency imposed during this past weekend’s storm.
