PUBLIC NOTICE
Halifax County Board of Commissioners Chairman Vernon Bryant today signed a declaration which lifts the state emergency imposed during this past weekend’s storm.
Due to the potential catastrophic impacts predicted in wake of Winter Storm Fern, Halifax County declared a State of Emergency today at 12:00 p.m. that will remain in effect until modified or rescinded.
