Halifax County is now accepting applications for the 2025-26 funding cycle of the Recreation Partners Program.
The Halifax County Board of Commissioners has allocated $30,000 to be awarded in grant funds for recreation programs throughout the county. Halifax County endeavors to fund multiple programs across the county. Funding requests should not exceed $5,000. Non-profit and faith-based organizations offering programs to increase recreation throughout the county are invited to submit an application for funding.
