A traffic stop on Highway 158 at Community Home Park on Wednesday led to the arrest of a Roanoke Rapids man on multiple charges, according to the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office.
Major Anzell Harris said around 4 p.m. Community Action Team Sergeant D. Harrison initiated the traffic stop on the vehicle for a violation and identified the driver as Travis Manley of Roanoke Rapids.
