A Roanoke Rapids man reported missing today has been found.

Chief Deputy Scott Hall of the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office said 20-year-old Armel Deloatch is safe and well. He was located in the Roanoke Rapids area.

Deputies responded to the Farmdale Drive area around noon and were told by family members that the man was last seen on February 27 after leaving the family home in the middle of the night.
