Today around 7:30 a.m. officers with the Roanoke Rapids Police Department took a report related to Alexis Catherine Ellis, 35, of Littleton whose legal guardian reported that she was last seen on Saturday at a restaurant on Highway 158 and Julian R. Allsbrook Highway.  

Ellis was reported to have received a ride to a store in Weldon but has not had any contact with the legal guardian since that conversation.

Ellis stands 5-8, weighs 270 pounds, and has short hair.  

Ellis was reportedly wearing orange pants, a white dress with a black and white top over the dress, and gold sandals.  

Ellis is said to be suffering from cognitive impairments and is a diagnosed diabetic.
