Roanoke Valley law enforcement reported the following:

Detective A. Holland has taken out an additional warrant for possession of a weapon of mass destruction against Naquavan Richardson, a 19-year-old charged in May on drug counts after a window tint stop.

The warrant is for a weapon discovered following the stop that was illegally modified to make it fully automatic, Captain Scott Hall said. It is considered a Class F felony.
Multiple firearms were seized following the May 28 stop.
Property damage counts
A Roanoke Rapids woman surrendered Thursday to face three counts of damage to personal property and a count of damage to real property for an April 24 breaking and entering.
Detective T. Byers obtained the warrants on Angela Scott, 33, Wednesday.

The breaking and entering was of a residence in the Roanoke Rapids area.
She was jailed without the opportunity for bond due to pending charges.
She has a July 3 district court date.

Chief Shane Guyant said on June 3 around 5 p.m. two women stole clothing from a dryer at a laundromat in the city.
