Mrs. Louise Bradley Flythe, 94, formerly of Halifax died Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Life Care of Cleveland in Cleveland, TN.

Born November 2, 1924 in Halifax County, she was the daughter of Ernest and Lucille Twisdale Bradley.  Mrs. Flythe was a homemaker; she liked watching western programs as well as sleeping. She was a member of Halifax United Methodist Church.  

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Travis J. Flythe; a son, Allan Morris; brothers and sisters-in-law, Vernon T. and Eleanor Bradley, Milton and Dorothy Bradley, Rudy and Dorothy Bradley; sister and brother-in-law, Jean B. and Leo Rabil.  

Mrs. Flythe is survived by her sons, Charles Kenneth Morris of Cleveland, TN and David Gary Morris of Knoxville, TN;  daughter, Cindy Burke of Roanoke Rapids; daughter-in-law, Karen Morris of Covington, GA; grandchildren, Charles Morris, Kelly Rouse (Mark), Jason Morris (Jenn), Andrew Morris, McKayla Rowland, Brittany Morgan (Andrew), Timothy Weekley (Kimberly), five great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

The service for Mrs. Louise Flythe will be conducted at 10:00 am, Thursday, July 25, 2019, from the graveside at Halifax Methodist Church Cemetery, with Pastor Avery Lail presiding.  The family will greet friends following the service.

Memorial contributions may be sent to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
