Roy David Carter

3/24/1948 – 5/15/2020

Roy David Carter, 72 of Roanoke Rapids passed away Friday, May 15th.  

Mr. Carter was born on March 24, 1948 to John H. Carter Sr. and Hazel DeBerry Carter. 

Surviving include his son:  John D. Carter; his daughter Amanda Carter Foster; his brother John H. Carter, Jr. and his wife Carolyn; his sister Sandra D. Carter; and his two grandchildren John D. Carter, Jr. and Katelyn Foster.

A Private Family Graveside will be held in Crestview Cemetery at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, May 19th with Pastor Andy Sloan officiating.
