Debra “Debbie” Hale Allen, 71, of Roanoke Rapids passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2026, in Duke Regional Hospital. 

Mrs. Allen was born on June 24, 1955, in Halifax County, the daughter of the late Jeanette Faison and Lewis “Puddin” Earl Hale. She is also preceded in death by her siblings David Hale and Pamela Meadows.

Debbie loved her family, she owned and operated a house cleaning service for many years, and she attended Liberty Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Surviving include her husband Ronnie Leon Allen, her daughter Jodi Allen of Roanoke Rapids, her son Shane Allen and his wife Tracy of Roanoke Rapids, her brother Garland “Smokey” Hale and his wife Deneen of Littleton, her grandchildren Breanna Rogers and her husband C.J. and Jacob Allen, her great grandson Kayson Rogers, and numerous nieces and nephews.
