Sheila Carol Mulder, 78, of Roanoke Rapids, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 6, 2025, at ECU North Hospital.
Carol was born on March 6, 1948, in Logan, West Virginia, to the late Myrtle “Toni” Faye Brown and Lee Trinkle Robinson. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Billy Sunday Mulder; her younger sister, Wilmas Sharon Wells; and her nephews, Kelly Parrish and Billy Parrish.
Carol was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She treasured her family and the special relationships she shared with those closest to her. On July 17, 2016.

Carol was baptized at Mercy Church, marking a special and meaningful moment in her life and faith.
Those left to cherish Carol’s memory include her four children, Tracy Clements (Hazel), Jesse Clements, Danette C. Love, and Nikki Barnes; her five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and countless nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her oldest sister, Freda Elaine Worsham of Virginia.
Carol’s passing leaves a special place in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. The love she shared with her family and the memories they created together will remain a lasting part of their lives. Though she is deeply missed, her memory will continue to live on through her family.
No services will be held at this time. A private memorial will be held for the family at a later date. Carol will be laid to rest at Highland Memorial Gardens in Ahoskie, beside her beloved husband, Billy.
