Henry Lee Pulley, 79, died July 26, 2020 in his home.

Henry was born May 31, 1941, the son of Henry Lewis and Hazel Lee Pulley.   

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Linda; and a brother, Cecil Pulley.

A Halifax County native, he retired from the Halifax County Water Department.  

He was a member of Freedom Freewill Baptist Church. 

Henry loved his church family in addition to his own children and grandchildren.  

He was a skilled tradesman that enjoyed building with wood or metal; as well as being a proficient electrician.

Survivors include his son and daughter in law, Michael and Lisa Pulley; his daughter, Norma Thomas; sister, Ina Rhew and husband, Dan; grandchildren, David Lee Thomas, Jenni Lynn Thomas, Daniel Stewart King (Brittany), Michael Wayne Pulley, Jr, Melissa Renee Pulley, Wyatt Garland Pulley, Lynda Noelle Pulley; and great-grandchildren, Avery, Emma, Sklyar, Madison, McKenzie, Isabella, Thomas and Eli.

The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 am, Friday, July, 31, 2020 from the graveside at Crestview Memorial Cemetery, with Pastor Rex Evans presiding.
