Ann Boone Moseley, 83, died Friday, February 5, 2021 at Vidant North Hospital in Roanoke Rapids.

Ann was born in Vidalia, GA, daughter to the late John V. and Eva Gregory Boone. 

She retired from nursing after 30+ years. 

After nursing, she spent time doing crafts, making porcelain dolls or anything where she could use her creativity. 

Ann was never at a loss for words and loved talking with people. She especially loved spoiling her grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Norman McCoy Mosely, Sr. 

Surviving are her children, Norman McCoy Moseley, Jr. and wife, Shelley, of Raleigh, Michael V. Moseley and wife, Betty, of Roanoke Rapids and Julie M. Burnette and husband, Jimmie, of Gaston; 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and her special family at Liberty Commons in Weldon.

The family will receive friends Monday, February 8, 2021 at Hockaday Funeral & Cremation Service from 6-7:30 pm. 

Rev. Randy Martin will conduct a funeral service in the chapel at Hockaday Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at 2:00 pm with interment to immediately follow in Cedarwood Cemetery, Roanoke Rapids.

In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested memorial contributions be made in honor of Ann B. Moseley to Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Halifax County, 101 Caroline Ave., Weldon, NC 27890.

Due to CDC recommendations due to COVID-19, social distancing and face coverings are recognized.
