Glenn Alan Keeter, better known as Daddy, Gran-daddy, Pappy G, Ball-Bustin Grandpa Steel, GAK, and Staff Sgt Keeter, passed away Tuesday morning, February 15th, 2022 surrounded by the four loves of his life; Debbie and his 3 girls. 

He leaves behind his sister Margaret K Warren, his love Debbie Keeter, his daughters and their families; Jennifer K Odom, husband Brandon Odom; Amy K Newton, children Meadow and Tyler, Brandi K Mercer, spouse Jay Mercer, children Peyton and Rey, as well as other extended family and friends. 

The family has shared they are blessed to know Glenn was greeted in Heaven by his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, his boys Jonathan Glenn and Owen Drew, and other family and friends that went before him. 

A memorial service, with military honors by the US Army,  will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, February 19th at Glenn’s home church, Ebenezer United Methodist Church in Littleton.  Pastor Carlyle Hall will preside. The family will greet friends following the service.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the amazing staff at WakeMed Raleigh and Transitions LifeCare Hospice that was by our side and taking care of Glenn. In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made in Glenn’s memory to Transitions Lifecare Hospice or WakeMed Foundation — Transitionslifecare.org  or Wakemed.org/giving
