Hettie Belle Jones, 95, died at her home Friday, March 04, 2022, surrounded by her family. 

Mrs. Jones was born in Nash County, NC, daughter to the late William Calvin and Mary Ellen Lyndsey Joyner.  

She was a hard-working farmgirl and loved to talk to people and she loved her family very much.  

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Jones and several nieces and nephews. 

Surviving are her sons, Calvin Jones and Ronald Jones and wife, Beverly C.; daughter, Phyllis Jones Johnson and husband, Ernest B.; sister, Doretha Joyner; grandchild, Allen Johnson and wife, Christy and great grandchildren, Cameron and Connor Johnson.  

The family would like to give a special Thank You to Community Home Care & Hospice for their wonderful care and love given to the Jones Family. 

Dr. Rev. Lavelle Waters and Rev. Roy Porter will conduct a graveside service Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at 11 am in Crestview Memorial Cemetery.
