Maria Elizabeth Elliott Davis, of Roanoke Rapids, NC died Monday April 5, 2021, at her residence.

She was born in Rocky Mount, NC, on March 10, 1992. She attended the Roanoke Rapids City Schools and graduated from Roanoke Rapids High School.

She had the voice of an Angel and was active in the Chorus, Drama and Lakeland Theatre. She graduated from the Myrick School of Dance also.

Preceding her in death were her maternal grandfather, James Tanner and her paternal grandparents, Margaret and Arthur Elliott.

Maria is survived by: her two children, Jadon Matthew Davis and Mercy Victoria Bender; her parents Bradley and Diane Elliott; grandparents Mary and Malcolm Tarbert; her siblings; Joel Elliott and his wife Shir, Jamie Elliott and his wife Krystal, Rebekah Elliott Hart; nieces, Morgan Elliott and Margot Elliott; nephew Declan Elliott; her husband Jacob Davis.

Maria was a strong believer in God and she read her Bible daily. She loved Sunflowers and talked about having a yard full of Sunflowers. Most of all Maria loved being a mama to Jadon and Mercy. She was so proud of them. Maria had a Mental Disorder and Suffered in an imperfect World. Thanks to the mercy and power of God, she is now healed and happy in heaven.

Memorial Services will be held Sunday, April 11, 2021, at 3:00 PM, at Calvary Chapel of Red Oak, 3731 Red Oak Battleboro Road, Battleboro, NC 27809, with Pastor Tim Sauls officiating.
