The Chaloner Middle School Baseball team opened the 2019 season with a 16-1 road victory over Bunn Middle School.

For Chaloner Middle, Jon Lewis Temple broke the game open with a bases loaded triple. Drew Williams was the winning pitcher. He struck out 5 batters and only walked 2.  He pitched an excellent 1 hitter ballgame. Drew also helped his cause by getting 2 hits including a double and 2 RBI's. Austin Geary had a great day at the plate by getting 3 hits including a double and a RBI. Jon Lewis Temple had 2 hits (including the monster triple and 3 RBI's).Peyton Clay had I hit and 2 RBI's. Braxton Hammack and Matthew MacNichol each had a hit and a RBI for the Jackets.
