The Halifax Academy Lady Vikings were defeated 3-0 at home Wednesday night by Rocky Mount Academy.

RMA took the lead (1-0) in the first inning and it remained 1-0 until the top of the 7th inning when RMA added 2 runs.

The Lady Vikings struggled at the plate but played solid defense.

Halifax plays Faith Christian Thursday in Rocky Mount.
