Three face charges in Bobby's shooting

Three Roanoke Rapids area men face charges and are still on the loose following a shooting outside Bobby's Supermarket Saturday night.

From, left, Silver, Sesson and Sykes.

Charles Silver, Cortez Sesson and Kereon Sykes all face charges of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, discharge a weapon into an occupied dwelling and vehicle and going armed to the terror of the public.

Roanoke Rapids police said Detective Bobby Martin took the warrants out on the trio today.

The warrants were filed based on investigation and video surveillance. Police declined to comment on a motive or whether the victim was the intended target.

The three men could possibly be in the Highway 48 are of Roanoke Rapids.
