Weldon's Arrington airlifted Friday night

The Friday night's Northampton County football home game against Weldon was called in the third quarter when a Weldon football player was injured and was airlifted to an area hospital.

Weldon PD blotter: August 28-29, 2016

The Weldon Police Department reported the following:

Weldon police are looking for two men who today robbed an elderly victim of their valuables, including jewelry and money through the promise of $42,000.
