William Lee “Bug” Wilson, Jr., 85, of Wilmington, NC passed away on Monday, February 4, 2019.

“Bug” was born to the late William Lee Wilson, Sr. and Maggie Paschall Wilson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred “Milie” Jean Lassiter Wilson, and his brothers, Charles Wilson and Marshall “Skint” Wilson.

He was a Master Mason and worked with Lance for 32 ½ years and served in the U.S. Coast Guard.

“Bug” is survived by his sons, William “Billy” Wilson of Orlando, FL, Michael “Kirk” Wilson and his wife, Darlene of Wilmington, NC; his three sisters, Hazel Hamm, Susie “Bell” Murphy and Dorothy Knight all of Henderson, NC; his brother, Mac Wilson also of Henderson; his grandchildren, Dustin Wilson, Jordan Wilson, Brandon and Nicholas Constantineau; his great-grandchildren, Cora and Meadow Wilson.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 10, 2019 from 2:00 until 3:30 P.M. at Askew Funeral & Cremation Services in Roanoke Rapids, NC.
