Pamela Rose Throckmorton Massey, 65, of Oxford, North Carolina, formerly of Littleton, North Carolina, passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at her home.

She was born in Warrenton, North Carolina on August 15, 1958 to the late Edward Glenn and Rosa Mae Bottoms Throckmorton and was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Lee Massey, her siblings, Libby Miller, Janet Marders, Alice Richards, and Iva Rooker.

Rose served as the manager of Hardees in Warrenton from 1983-1994 and was a licensed NC Funeral Director from 2002 until her passing.

Rose is survived by her son, Justin Aycock and his wife, Daisy of Oxford, North Carolina; her brother, Robert Throckmorton and his wife, Debra; her granddaughter, Hailey Aycock; her step-grandson, Troy Roberson; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Gardener's Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Ricky Barnes officiating.
