Douglas Arthur Lyles, 58, of Roanoke Rapids, died Monday, July 1, 2013 at Halifax Regional Medical Center. Mr. Lyles was born December 2, 1954 to Elizabeth Lyles and the late Maynard Lyles. Douglas attended Victory Baptist Church with a cherished Uncle, Walter Watts and his wife Betty.
