Dawn Marie Dills, 51, died Saturday, June 5, 2021 in her Roanoke Rapids home.
Dawn was born in Defiance, OH, on January 24, 1970, a daughter to Robert Allen Bradford and Nancy Lee Fender Bradford, both of whom survive.
Dawn was the assistant manager of Lynch’s Office Supply, where she was employed for nearly 30 years.
She enjoyed photography, crocheting and reading. She also enjoyed bowling and was a member of 2 area leagues, one of which she served as president.
Her most fun and fond times were spent with granddaughter Chloe, who liked crafting with Dawn.
Surviving in addition to her parents, are her husband, Wayne Dills; son, Scott DeBruhl (Mary Liverman); granddaughter, Chloe; brothers, Dennis Bradford (Ashley) and David Bradford (Yvonne); nephews, DJ and Steven Bradford; and her in-laws, Joe and Sue Dills. Dawn was preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert and Esther Fender.
Friends may visit with the family from 6:00 - 8:00 pm Wednesday at Hockaday Funeral and Cremation Service.
The Rev. Stanley Samuel will preside at the funeral service, which will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, June 10, 2021 in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be private.
