Nicole Boyce Griffin, 47, of Roanoke Rapids passed away Thursday, January 6, 2022, at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Nicole was born August 21, 1974, in Lynchburg, VA. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clarence and Louise Wells; her favorite uncle, Dinky Wells; her aunt, Marie Conwell; her cousin, Amanda Lewter.

Nicole was a loving wife, mother, daughter and MiMi. She was kind hearted and always willing to help those in need, volunteering, and active with the school system. Nicole loved family gatherings, the beach and traveling.
Nicole is survived by her husband, Frank; her mother, Mary Boyce; her children, Alesha Boyce and her boyfriend Jon Overton, Jase Griffin and his fiancé Lela Williams, Brett Griffin and his wife Samantha, Gabby Griffin and Alyssa Gomes all of Roanoke Rapids; her grandchildren, Cullen Boyce, Kayden Williams, Julia Griffin, Ava Hoover and Kaleb Moseley; special aunt, Bernice Lewter; her special companion, Molly.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Hockaday Funeral and Cremation Service with Dr. Steve Conwell officiating. Burial will follow in Cedarwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at the funeral home and other times at the home of her son, Jase Griffin, 314 Washington Street, Roanoke Rapids.
