Mary Frances Cohen Grubb, 92, of Littleton passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2022 in ECU Health North.

Ms. Grubb was born in Pembroke County, MA, the daughter of the late Margaret Kelleher and John Cohen.  

She was the widow of the late Earnest Max Grubb and she was also preceded by her grandson Andrew Grubb, six sisters, and her twin brother. 

Surviving include her five children:  Rebecca G. Faison (Cecil) of Roanoke Rapids, Debra G. Shaw (Julian) of Roanoke Rapids, Howard M. Grubb (April) of Thomasville, Edward M. Grubb (Tamara) of Littleton, and Carolyn G. Keeter (Terry) of Roanoke Rapids, six grandchildren:  Timothy (Candie), Lisa, Victoria (Alex), Bradley (Stacy), Jerrad (Brittany) and Gavin (Rosalyn) , and twelve great grandchildren.  

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, November 29th at Hockaday Funeral Service with Pastor James Rawls officiating.  

Burial will follow in Crestview Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 12:00 PM at the funeral home.  

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
