The Halifax Academy varsity Lady Vikings softball team defeated Faith Christian 11-6 Friday at home.

Ashlyn Cooke pitched all 7 innings for the Lady Vikings nine strike outs and three walks

At the plate for Halifax, Ashton Garner had 1 single and 1 RBI, Morgan Hudomint has 3 singles and 1 RBI,  Berkley Garner had 1 double, Ashlyn Cooke had 1 single and 3 RBI's, Emerson Poole has a single, Ashlynn Liles had 3 singles, Ashton Knight had 1 single, 2 RBI's, and Kayla Gaertner had 1 single and 2 RBI's
