One sought in Halifax breaking and entering

One man has been arrested and another is wanted in a July 13 breaking and entering in the Halifax area.


Foster is still being sought.

Detective O.L. Wiltsie of the Halifax County Sheriff's Office said in a news release Sergeant Paul Ward and Corporal Emerson Carroll took the report of a breaking, entering and larceny in the Clay Drive area of Halifax.


Further investigation by Wiltsie led to the arrest of Cody Shane Bundy, 21, of Garysburg. Bundy was charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and possession of stolen goods.

He was jailed on $10,000 bond and has a September 18 court date.

Wiltsie also obtained warrants for the arrest of Kevin James Foster, 25, on the same counts as Bundy.

Foster lived in the Garysburg area but has since moved and has ties to the Maryland area.
