Notice is hereby given in accordance with G.S. § 143-318.12 that the Roanoke Rapids City Council will participate in a “Commit to Civility” online training provided by the NC League of Municipalities on Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the J. Reuben Daniel City Hall & Police Station, 1040 Roanoke Avenue, Roanoke Rapids, NC.

This notice is being posted because there may be a quorum of City Council members in attendance. No official legislative action or votes will be taken, or public comment periods held during this training session.
