A 19-year-old Enfield man was arrested Sunday upon completion of a sex offense investigation begun by the Halifax County Sheriff's last month.

Officer T. Richardson of the Enfield Police Department arrested Marcus Caudle on warrants filed by Detective Roy Rooks.

He has been charged with second-degree rape, incest and second-degree sexual assault. The offense allegedly occurred January 2.

He was jailed on $20,000 bond and has a February 15 court date.
