The Roanoke Rapids Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating a missing 20-year-old woman and her toddler, who have not been seen or heard from in three weeks, according to Chief Lawrence Wiggins.

Paris Denice'ya Hines and her 2-year-old daughter, Zenobia Hines, were officially reported missing today.

According to Wiggins, Paris Hines is described as a Black female standing approximately 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing about 145 pounds, with short brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen leaving a residence at 121 Madison Street in Roanoke Rapids, wearing a pink shirt and gray sweatpants.

A clothing description for 2-year-old Zenobia was not immediately available, Wiggins said.
