KapStone Kraft Paper Corporation’s Roanoke Rapids Mill is fully operational after this weekend’s flood.

Company officials announced today that there was minimal interruption to manufacturing production.

“We are happy to report that we are almost back to normal operations and do not anticipate any interruption of services to our customers,” said Anitra J. Collins, vice president of Mill Operations-Roanoke Rapids Mill.

She also stated, “The response we received from our employees was tremendous.  They worked around the clock to keep our mill running safely and to ensure that this event would not have an adverse effect on our customer’s ability to operate.”
