The state Highway patrol expects from 1 to 4 inches of snow to fall before tapering off before midnight.
That snow could be accompanied by a tenth of an inch to a quarter of an inch of ice.
“Stay off the road,” Trooper S. Richardson said. “The best thing people can do is get to where you have to get and stay in.”
