The Halifax County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a 2009 Yamaha YZ 125 dirt bike.

The dirt bike was stolen from a storage-building break-in from the Halifax area, according to Lieutenant Scott Hall.

The Yamaha YZ 125 is blue and appears to be a racing bike.

The sheriff’s office is asking anyone who happens to see this motorcycle or has knowledge of the break-in to call the sheriff’s office at 252-583-8201 or Halifax County Crimestoppers at 252-583-4444.
