KapStone and United Steelworkers 9-0425 collaborated on a holiday public service project to benefit the American Red Cross-Hurricane Sandy Relief Efforts.
After learning of the devastation and continued challenges faced by the victims of Super storm Sandy they decided to support this cause. Employees donated $2,050, which was matched 100 percent by the company.
A checked was presented to the American Red Cross for $4,100.
