A Roanoke Rapids man is in critical condition following a collision with a vehicle Monday night.

Bradley Denning, 30, was riding a scooter at the intersection of Tenth and Park when he collided with a 2012 Toyota driven by Johnelle Moore, 21, of Weldon.

Roanoke Rapids police said Denning was transported to Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.

Investigation continues to determine further details of the crash and whether charges will be filed, police said this morning.
