Patrick Qualls and John Whichard have not responded as of this afternoon.

While two people, James Mills and Michael Hawkins, announced intentions to run as write-in candidates, this website opted not to send them questions, a decision that was made because we feel they had every opportunity and time to file as other candidates did so their names would appear on the ballot.
