Sentencing for Wardie P. Vincent Jr. in the Operation Rockfish police corruption case has been rescheduled for February 9 in Greenville.
Vincent had originally been scheduled for sentencing today before United States Senior Judge Malcolm Howard but his name was taken off the docket.
Federal court records show no reason for the rescheduling.
Time for the sentencing in February is scheduled for 10 a.m.
Vincent was the first defendant in the case to enter a plea. Since then four more have entered pleas as well.
