A Roanoke Rapids man was arrested today on two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon.

Detective B.C. Griffin of the Halifax County Sheriff's Office said in a statement the charges stem from an investigation in which Andrew Riley Hardin, 27, reportedly sold firearms on two separate occasions last month.
He was jailed on $10,000 bond and awaits a March 30 court date.
