The Roanoke Rapids Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying the individual in the photo below.

Investigator Gorton Williams said in a statement the photo is linked to a purse-snatching on January 26 at Walmart.

The victim’s credit card was used on the same day at the Shell Station on Highway 46 near Interstate 95 in Northampton County.
