Three teens have been charged in a fight which broke out at Northwest Halifax High School Wednesday, arrest records show.

Halifax County Sheriff Wes Tripp declined to discuss what might have led to the fight and Chief Deputy Scott Hall also declined elaboration.

The sheriff's office charged Tony Garner, 17, of Roanoke Rapids, with simple affray, communicating threats and simple assault.

Trey'Sena Joyner, 17, of Roanoke Rapids, was charged with simple affray.

Ladejah Garner, 18, of Roanoke Rapids, was charged with disorderly conduct and two counts of communicating threats.

The three are scheduled for first court appearances on June 14.
