The City of Roanoke Rapids and Halifax County tourism presented the 1st Annual 'Tribute to the Armed Forces' Country Jam featuring Colton James this past Saturday night at the Roanoke Rapids Theatre.

Opening the show was Mikele Buck, then the Moonshine Band and Colton James closed the show.

Proceeds from the show went to benefit Harvest4Heroes & Land4Heroes that includes building a 15,000 square foot retreat for wounded veterans and first responders in 3 locations around the U.S.
