A man already on probation for a 2022 felony breaking and entering conviction as well as several larceny convictions from last year was charged as a habitual felon Saturday after running out of a store he had banned from with a duffel bag full of health and beauty items.
The Northampton County Sheriff’s recently received donations from organizations.
