A Roanoke Rapids woman was arrested Thursday for filing a false report about the larceny of a vehicle which her boyfriend reportedly wrecked on Carolina Rest Home Road April 26.
Four additional positive cases of COVID-19 are being reported by the Halifax County Public Health System.
