The Roanoke Rapids Police Department reported the following, according to Chief Chuck Hasty:
A man wanted for indecent liberties counts surrendered to the Roanoke Rapids Police Department Friday, Investigator Chris Babb said in a statement.
Halifax County Sheriff Wes Tripp said in a statement today a deputy caught on video arresting a woman “used no more force than necessary to affect the arrest.”
