Two Roanoke Rapids men have been charged with counts associated with motor vehicle breaking and entering.

Detective H.L. Williams of the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office Monday charged Dillon Wayne Brigman, 19, and Tyler Wayne Harris, 21.

They face charges of felony breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, felony larceny, felony possession of stolen goods and conspiracy to commit a felony.

The men allegedly stole tools from a vehicle on the west side area of Roanoke Rapids, Williams said.

Brigman received a $3,000 bond and Harris a $4,000 bond.

The have May 9 court dates.
