All documents have now been signed allowing the agreement between the city and HSV Entertainment LLC to become effective Wednesday.

City Attorney Gilbert Chichester confirmed this evening the agreements, which will give HSV a lease with an opportunity to buy the Roanoke Rapids Theatre, were signed today.

On Friday Bank of America signed documents

Approval by Bank of America was crucial so that if HSV decides to buy the theater it can be done so unencumbered.

Money to the city set in the contract must be paid Wednesday, Chichester said.
