Roanoke Rapids police are seeking four people described as black males who entered the Great Wall of China restaurant Sunday night and demanded money.
Major Tommy Hathaway said the four men wore masks and were dressed in dark clothes. One brandished a handgun.
The men demanded money and were given an undisclosed amount. They fled on foot from the restaurant, which is located in the 100 block of Roanoke Avenue.
Detective John Taylor is investigating and the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office assisted with a dog.
The robbery occurred around 9:15 p.m.
