Roanoke Rapids City Council has called a special meeting for next Thursday to continue discussions of the former Riversedge Subdivision in closed session.
The meeting will be held at 4 p.m. in the first floor conference room of city hall on Roanoke Avenue.
Council discussed the matter in closed session at its meeting Tuesday night, reaching no decision.
At issue, City Attorney Gilbert Chichester said following that meeting, was getting the former developers of the project to complete the work they intended to do.
