Xavier Tobias Williams contacted the Roanoke Rapids Police Department Monday to turn himself in on outstanding warrants.
Williams allegedly went into a vehicle that was parked at 2nd Street lunch and took items on May 8.
Williams was charged with breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, larceny, obtaining property by false pretense and possession of stolen goods.
He was given a $10,000 bond and a June 17.
